Hold responsibility for multiple (parallel) SAP S/4HANA deployment projects within a region

Plan, coordinate and activities monitor deployment, e.g., process design, specification and business testing

Ensure (business) project deliverables are completed on time, in quality and within budget

Coordinate the work of the E2E streams and provide guidance where required to drive deployment project forward

Identify, escalate/mitigate and resolve business issues and risks and facilitate decision-making associated with the deployment projects

Manage communication with project stakeholders on e.g., status, design topics, decision needs, etc.

Report progress and escalation needs to business hub lead

University degree in Business Administration, IT/Digital area or similar

8+ years of proven experience as project lead, preferably in SAP deployment projects

Experience with steering external providers, system integrators or consultancies

Proven experience and confidence in interacting with (senior) management levels

Basic understanding of E2E business processes (e.g., lead to crash)

Basic know-how of SAP S/4HANA

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Fluent in English and German
