How to convince us complete studies or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience as Agile Coach, Scrum Master or in a comparable role Deep understanding of agile principles and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and LeSS Experience in the moderation of workshops and conflict management Knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence or Miro of advantage High communication and empathy capability
