For our customers in the construction industry, based in Esslingen am Neckar, we are looking for an Office Manager (m/w/d) that actively supports the department. In a modern working environment, you take over a wide range of tasks and actively employ your organizational skills. This body shall be placed under the transfer of workers.

Your tasks: • Supporting a team in a modern working environment • Processing of information • Independent appointment coordination • Organisation of different events and events

Your qualifications: • Successfully completed commercial training • First professional experience in a comparable position • Secure handling of Microsoft Office • A high level of flexibility, reliability, commitment and willingness to take responsibility • Safe appearance and pronounced communication skills • A dynamic way of working and a friendly being • Very good German knowledge of word and writing with at least language level C2
