Number: MER0003VR7 The team “Flexi-Office” is responsible for the transparency and optimization of the global production network of Mercedes-Benz Cars. We are responsible for maintaining and safeguarding the flexibility in production and determine the optimal distribution of vehicle requirements with regard to available capacity of production facilities. As a central organization unit, we are involved in the planning of new electrical strategies, location decisions and evaluation of possible scenarios together with the distribution, the suppliers and powertrain. Digitization plays a major role here and we actively control the design and implementation of various software projects in our area. These challenges include: You work as a full-fledged member of the team “Flexi-Office” and assists us in the evaluation of test orders or special projects

You get to know our partner areas in close cooperation and regularly participate in meetings

You carry out analyses and evaluations of demand- and capacity-relevant key figures and prepare self-result reports

You have experience in digitalization tools (such as Power BI or Power Apps) and have the opportunity to expand your knowledge and skills in this area

You will become part of an agile Scrum team and help us develop and implement new software solutions

You actively work on jobs for top management

The internship can start from March/April 2026.

You are currently studying in a Bachelor or Master's degree course with production and/or business management

You are interested in topics related to Mercedes-Benz vehicle production

You master Microsoft Office applications (especially PowerPoint and Excel)

You are structured and can work independently

You speak fluent German, English skills are also advantageous
