We are looking for you for the Youth Office of the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart. The place shall be occupied without delay. The day facility for children Robert-Koch-Straße 23 is a seven-group facility. In total, up to 104 children aged under one year are supervised at the institution and accompanied in their development and education processes. The orientation plan is implemented on the basis of the educational concept “Einstein in der Kita”.

You have specialist and service supervision and are responsible for the management and personnel management and development of up to 34 employees You take responsibility for the conceptual further development within the framework of the Einstein concept of the orientation plan Baden-Württemberg You contribute to active participation in the pedagogical group everyday You design the educational offer for the age range from one year to the school entrance You are responsible for the cooperation with families and other institutions and institutions in the district The active design of change and team development processes is also one of your tasks There is a corresponding exemption for management tasks.
