Presales Consultant (gn) Veeam Full time | unlimited l Heilbronn in Home Office | from now on Technical advice and sales Advice on Veeam solutions including product, license and contractual questions as well as identification of cross- and upselling potential Implementation of presentations and analysis of customer requirements for developing suitable solutions Opportunity‐ & Supply Management Processing of leads, alerts and service opportunities as well as close coordination with the Services Presales team Offer creation including price searches, SLA requirements and consideration of existing framework agreements Relationship management Building and maintaining close relationships with customers, manufacturers and distributors as well as proactive creation of Renewal offers Support in escalation and continuous follow-up of open topics Cooperation & Development Close cooperation with the account team and relevant internal interfaces Continuous training and acquisition of manufacturer-specific certifications

Business training or comparable studies Experience in B2B sales or sales-related technical processes Good knowledge of Veeam or comparable solutions from the infrastructure/backup environment Embossed understanding of customer needs and a professional, binding communication style Secure handling with Excel; Experience with Navision or Dynamics 365 is a plus Quick conception, analytical thinking and a solution-oriented approach Joy of team collaboration and willingness to develop you professionally Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in communication For us, you're more than your qualifications.
