Your tasks:

Take these challenges

• Administration and organisation of the vehicle inventory
• Procurement, transfer and return of vehicles
• Processing of fines and accident damage
• Examination and approval of invoices
• Control of driving books and driving licences
• Coordination of workshop dates
• Communication with suppliers and vehicle users:inside

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Experience in fleet management or similar areas
• Knowledge of vehicle management and procurement
• Routine in dealing with correspondence and fine decisions
• Ability to check the accounts and process the damage
• Secure handling of MS Office, ideally Excel and Word
