Practice-integrated training to become an educator (m/f/d)

Schorndorf offers a diverse Kita landscape with a total of 34 facilities – 16 of them in urban support. There's nothing in our kitas that doesn't exist. In the practice-integrated training to the educator (m/w/d) (PiA), you experience daily close to the skin, which means to accompany the little heroes of tomorrow on their way. In addition to the theoretical training at the Fachschule, you will be in the middle of action from the first day and gain valuable practical experience. The following tasks await you in your practice facility: Accompanying and promoting children in learning and discovering through game impulses or targeted offers Monitoring and documentation of development processes Designing Kita Day Working with parents Of course, you don't do all this alone, because you are part of the team from the very beginning and you have a guide to help.

In addition, one of the following conditions should apply to you: A medium degree of education (e.g. real school qualification) and the successful completion of the one-year vocational college for social education or A vocational qualification as a social pedagogical assistant (m/w/d) or The professional qualification, the subject or the general university qualification and a six-week internship in a social education institution or An at least two-year completed vocational training and a six-week internship in a social education institution Good to know: You can also complete the required six-week internship in one of our kitas.

Course of training: The training lasts three years and begins on 01.09. The training takes place in the dual system, i.e. You usually spend two days a week in the institution and three days at school. The aim of the training is to develop the ability to develop self-responsibility and target-oriented education, education and care processes in children. In the nursery institutions, the knowledge acquired at the specialized school is put into practice.
