As a support for the assistance in the social psychiatry (ASP), we have been offering various support services for people with mental illnesses for 40 years and with psychosocial stress in Hamburg-Bergedorf. At our various locations, different professionals work in interdisciplinary in dedicated teams.

In order to strengthen our teams at the location advisory and meeting center Bergedorf (Bergedorf Mitte), we are looking for a week working time of approx. 30-35 hours) unlimited one

Social pedagogues (m/w/d), Social worker (m/w/d), Social scientist (m/w/d), Educationer (m/w/d), Ergotherapeut (m/w/d), Health Career (m/w/d), Health Career (m/w/d) or similar qualification (w/m/d)

Your tasks:

• Relationship work – professional contact and relationship design as the basis of gelling aids
• Help, advice and support of our clients (Young full-year and people with social-psychological assistance needs) in everyday life management and support in integration-promoting measures
• mediation in social and health-maintaining control systems (e.g. doctors, social and health services, case-related contacts with public contact persons)
• Support for various psychosocial counselling and social and administrative issues

We wish:

• A completed study or training in the fields of social education, social work, social sciences, education, ergotherapy, nursing and health care, medical education
• You have the pleasure of a comprehensively accompanying, mentally ill-oriented activity as our main focus
• You have experience or interest in working on the topics of the outpatient social psychiatry and/or boys
• Low readiness or experience in psychosocial counselling of different target groups and in social counselling
• Knowledge of the relevant social laws, the Hamburger Authority landscape and the district social infrastructure are desirable or the willingness to work on this.
• It is easy to get in touch with people
• They are characterized by empathy and responsible action, a high degree of self-reflection and willingness to cooperate
• You are happy to join a multi-professional team and give us new impulses
• You have knowledge of MS Office
