Delivery Manager - Filialsysteme (m/f/d)

Responsible for the operational control, coordination and structured implementation of technical requirements in the Delivery Team in the field of Filialsysteme Close cooperation and coordination with specialist areas for prioritization, concretisation and maintenance of requirements Analysis, documentation and optimization of processes and technical requirements for the delivery team in the area of the branch systems Planning and coordination of releases, tests, acceptances and internal and external stakeholders Ensuring a high quality of the implemented solutions by defining technical test and acceptance criteria Close cooperation with Tech Leads, Business Analysts and other IT Delivery teams to coordinate technical solutions and dependencies Control and support of projects for the further development and digitization of our branch processes Contribution to the stability, scalability and sustainability of our branch systems

Successfully completed studies in the field of Business Informatics, Economics, Business Administration or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the control and development of IT applications and delivery processes, ideally in the environment of store systems in retail Good knowledge of business processes in the commercial environment and understanding of complex IT system landscapes Experience in the field of agile product development ideally as a Product Owner or Delivery Manager Structured, solution-oriented and self-responsibility to work quickly into complex processes Embossed communication and moderation capability in exchange with specialist areas, service providers and delivery teams. High level of organisational capacity, prioritization competence and responsibility Basic technical understanding for interfaces, backend systems and architectural relationships Excellent German knowledge and excellent English skills
