Your tasks:

• You are the first respondent for customer requests and support these by telephone and in writing
• You maintain and update data in internal systems
• With your friendly and professional appearance carry you active in customer satisfaction

Your profile:

• Experience in customer service or a similar area

• Secure handling of MS Office
