As a technical project manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for the structured further development of our internal systems and platforms. You translate technical requirements and processes from business development into specific technical tasks and ensure that You are implemented efficiently, prioritized and on time – from the first idea to the rollout. An additional focus Your role is the identification, evaluation and implementation of AI applications. Both to support our teams in everyday life and to further develop our digital platforms. This will help you to scale, automate and sustainably improve our internal processes. Your responsibility in everyday life structuring and translation of technical requirements into specific development tickets creation, prioritization and maintenance of tickets in close coordination with business development and management Controlling and tracking the implementation together with developers Ensuring clear briefings and continuous coordination during development Testing and quality assurance of new features and developments as well as ongoing troubleshooting Identification of optimization potentials in existing processes and systems Responsibility for timetables, milestones and transparent project progress Interface between compartment and development, You hold all threads together In addition to KI: Identification of meaningful applications of AI in the company (e.g. automation, assistance systems, data processing) Accompanying the implementation of a GDPR-compliant AI setup (e.g. internal agents / LLM solutions) Integration of AI functionality into existing and new platforms Assessment of tools, providers and use cases in terms of benefits, scalability and practicality Supporting the teams in the introduction and use of AI in everyday work What we notice that you are successful in this task Requirements are clearly structured and efficiently transferred to convertible tickets Projects run transparent, timely and with high implementation quality Voting with developers are clear, efficient and targeted New features work stable and bring measurable added value to everyday life Processes are significantly easier, faster and more scalable AI applications create real benefits and are actively used in the team You recognize bottlenecks early and actively tax

Completed studies in the field (economic) informatics, BWL or comparable training Experience in project management, ideally in the technical or software-related environment Strong understanding of processes and the ability to translate them into technical requirements Basic technical understanding (e.g. APIs, data flows, logics) and interest in software development Interest in AI technologies and their practical application in the company context Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Communication strength and ability to mediate between specialist and developers Experience with tools like Trello, Monday or comparable systems of advantage Very good knowledge of German and English
