The team of methods and processes at the DHBW Heilbronn supports the university in designing and sustaining change processes professionally. We develop and establish standards for project and process management, accompany digitization and organizational development projects and promote the optimization of business processes. To strengthen our team and the responsible process manager, you will take over the following tasks: Process analysis & optimization: They analyze existing processes, document them, develop optimization proposals with the relevant stakeholders and accompany the implementation. Process & workflow modeling: They model independently processes and workflows using SAP Signavio BPMN 2.0 as well as other tools, taking into account interfaces to ERP systems, document management systems (DMS), learning management systems and other digital platforms. Training & skills: They develop training on process management methods and process modeling and carry out these independently.
