The Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg (DHBW) is the largest university in Baden-Württemberg with around 33,000 students at nine study academies and three campuses as well as the Center for Advanced Studies. The team of methods and processes at the DHBW Heilbronn supports the university in designing and sustaining change processes professionally. We develop and establish standards for project and process management, accompany digitization and organizational development projects and promote the optimization of business processes. To strengthen our team and the responsible process manager, you will take over the following tasks: Process analysis & optimization: They analyze existing processes, document them, develop optimization proposals with the relevant stakeholders and accompany the implementation. Process & workflow modeling: They model independently processes and workflows using SAP Signavio BPMN 2.0 as well as other tools, taking into account interfaces to ERP systems, document management systems (DMS), learning management systems and other digital platforms. Training & skills: They develop training on process management methods and process modeling and carry out these independently. Project management & implementation: In close coordination with the management, you will implement processes and project modules independently and pilot them in the course of the project. Workshops & votes: They prepare workshops and meetings, perform these independently and moderate coordination rounds – both in presence and digital. Cross-site cooperation: They regularly exchange with colleagues from other DHBW sites for best practices, synergies and measures.

Completed university studies (Master, Diploma or B.Sc.), e.g. in business informatics, business administration with a focus on computer science or similar courses or with relevant professional experience Safe handling of common notations for process modeling (especially BPMN 2.0) Practical experience in the application of modeling software (preferably SAP Signavio) for analysis, modelling and optimization of business processes Experience in the training and skills of employees on process management methods and workflow design Very good project management skills as well as initial experience in the application of agile methods and frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) High IT affinity and broad interest in topics relating to digitalization and high affinity for digital media and their use in workshops and voting processes; Java script programming knowledge of advantage High organisational skills and pronounced communication skills, in particular moderation and presentation techniques, such as Miro, BBB, Zoom They quickly capture complex situations, think solution-oriented and have a creative, structured and outcome-oriented way of working Team players with a high degree of autonomy, responsibility, enhanced service orientation and hands-on-centrality
