Do you want to shape the wind industry? Do you want to use your expertise in Onshore-Wind to solve complex technical and commercial challenges with our customers that drive the energy transition? We are looking for a Senior Engineer (m/w/d) that strengthens our German wind team in the field of project engineering and technical due diligence, with the main focus on the onshore wind market in Germany. You will be part of an international team of technical consultants working in onshore wind projects related to the planning, development, construction and operating phase of wind farm projects. The projects range from technical and/or commercial studies on technical reports and advice related to technical due diligence, support in project development, construction monitoring and other services for onshore wind turbine technologies. Your projects focus on on onshore wind, but can also include other renewable energies such as offshore wind, solar energy and battery storage. With an independent and proactive attitude, you will show strong self-initiative, an analytical approach and the ability to meet efficient technical and commercial reviews. You will feel comfortable in a fast-paced project environment and will efficiently deal with a variety of tasks. You will be able to apply your project management and technical skills in a rapidly growing consulting field for renewable energies. Main tasks and results include: Provision of technical support for customers in connection with the planning and development of wind farms Management and cooperation on technical due diligence testing of wind projects, discussion and solution of technical questions with project developers as well as lenders/investors and support of customers until the financial completion of the projects Customer contact and project management, including the management of complex technical projects from the origin to the conclusion Participation in business development activities, especially in the German onshore wind market. Building relationships and management of interfaces with customers to drive the wind industry

To maximize your chances, you should bring the following A M.Sc. degree in a relevant engineering field (e.g. mechanical engineering/electric engineering/industrial engineering/construction engineering) Understanding the development process of onshore wind farms in Germany A relevant network in the German wind power industry is necessary Knowledge of the development, construction and operation of wind projects is necessary Professional experience in the technical due diligence work of onshore wind projects is necessary You bring strong project management skills as well as good organizational and effective time management skills, as you may need to edit several projects at the same time. In addition, you have pronounced analytical skills and are fluent in both German and English. You can create clear written reports in both languages. A valid driving license (B) is available and you are ready and able to travel to wind farm locations, conferences, customers and internal meetings.
