With a strategic perspective, you take over the overall responsibility for the Service Centre for Human Resources with 25 employees at four locations and manage both the operational personnel work and the conceptual further development in close coordination with the Executive Board. You actively and foresee the development and implementation of future-oriented HR strategies to support corporate goals in a dynamically growing group of companies. Processes and structures in the personnel sector are analyzed, optimized and further digitized by you; develop the HR metric system consistently and derive data-based measures. As a competent contact person, you advise executives on employment and collective bargaining issues (AVR Diakonie), accompany organisational changes and promote constructive cooperation with the employee representation. The budget planning and cost-responsibility for the department, the personnel cost control as well as the participation in cross-departmental projects complete your versatile task profile.

A successfully completed study, for example in economics with a focus on human resources management, law or a comparable degree course, forms the basis of your expertise. Multiannual professional and management experience in the HR sector, ideally in the health or social sectors, allows you to act safely in complex organizational structures.
