You control consulting and customizing as a specialist in pay billing and personnel administration within the HCM team. You realize technological and continuing development within our SAP HCM system country. You take over the management of technological projects and take care of the control and implementation of large work packages. You ensure smooth operating procedures for the supervised applications and modules. You coordinate internal and external partners and control the efficient use of resources and service providers. You take on technical requirements and accompany the planning of relevant topics.

Completed studies of economics, economics and computer science or completed training in a comparable area Multiannual expertise in the SAP HCM environment – ideally focusing on personnel master data and pay accounting – as well as deep know-how in the field of customizing and HR process consulting Good understanding of modern HCM technologies and their applications Analytical and conceptual thinking and well-founded knowledge of pay billing Experience in managing services, projects and external service providers Communication strength, sovereign entry and secure English knowledge in word and writing
