Active implementation of student recruitment, including leadership of briefing talks, writing job advertisements, screening of applications and interview coordination Support of the recruiting team in day-to-day business, including Hospitation in job interviews as well as application management and correspondence Participation in global and national special topics as well as projects on recruiting/signing diagnostics, such as Candidate Experience, Recruiting KPIs, Onboarding, Internal Job Market, Social Media, Development of Tools and Processes Accompanying in coordination with external service providers such as job exchanges and headhuntern Responsibility for administrative tasks such as auditing or recruiting mailbox

Started study of economics or social sciences, psychology, pedagogy or a comparable field of study preferably with reference to personnel Very good knowledge of popular MS Office applications, such as PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and Outlook Good knowledge of German and English High level of self-responsibility and self-responsibility Embossed communication strength combined with openness and reliability
