Your tasks:

• Participation in the development of new manufacturing processes taking into account new technologies
• Own-sponsored support of production plants in semiconductor production with a focus on improving machine availability, process quality and yield for process topics (e.g. process-intrinsic cleaning, SPC rules)
• Implementation of economic considerations, cost comparisons and rational analyses under the framework of technical feasibility
• Develop and introduce measures for process flexibility and cost reduction for process topics for decision and after voting in a change session
• Optimisation of existing production processes and plan for implementation
• Project implementation, coordination, analysis and evaluation of experiments to optimize production processes
• Training and technical guidance of the manufacturing staff for process topics (e.g. visual inspection for new manufacturing processes, processing of process-relevant stop batches, reworking)

Your profile:

• Complete university studies (Master/Diplom) of natural or engineering sciences
• Knowledge and practical experience in semiconductor technology
• Professional experience as a process engineer, ideally in the field of CMP (chemical-mechanical polishing)
• Self-employed, self-employed, cooperative, earnings-oriented working style
• Communication capability and loadability, team capability
• Very good German and English skills
