Consultant Controlling & Planning Energy * (m/f/d)

In the Planning and Reporting department, you bring your strengths into a variety of topics and have the opportunity to continuously develop yourself professionally and personally. Together with your team, you will develop, consolidate and comment on bills as well as the mid-term planning for the HanseWerk-Group Netz. In addition, you accompany quarterly and annual accounts and provide transparency about business development with your analyses. In doing so, you identify causes of result deviations and guide opportunities, risks and possible action needs. You analyze and interpret key control indicators according to IFRS and HGB, including EBITDA, Adjusted Net Income (ANI), investments and operating cash flow. This makes you an important contribution to understanding the economic development of the HanseWerk Group network. You’re responsible for address-oriented reporting for business management, management and corporate functions, creating a sound basis for business decisions. From your analyses, you develop comprehensible recommendations and support effective corporate governance. As a trusted Sparring partner, you work closely with departments and group functions. You create transparency about economic relationships and financial impacts, give important control impulses and provide management information, decision templates and ad hoc analyses in a comprehensible and targeted manner.

You have successfully completed a degree in economics, economic informatics, economic engineering or a comparable degree program. This foundation supports you in understanding economic relationships and creating sound analyses. You have already gained experience in controlling, finance or in a comparable commercial environment. This makes it easy for you to classify numbers and derive relevant findings from them. Ideally, you already know the energy industry or bring the motivation to work into this exciting and future-relevant environment. This allows you to better classify economic developments in their technical context. You go on themes independently, introduce ideas and want to develop professionally and personally. This openness helps you to create new impulses and shape the further development of the area. You think networked and realize connections quickly. Also in work-intensive phases, you will keep your priorities in mind and can analyse business situations according to target groups and prepare them in a comprehensible manner. This is important to create clear basis for decision-making from complex data. You like to work with different stakeholders and actively contribute to the development of processes, systems and reporting solutions. This allows you to support modern and future-oriented corporate management. You are safe in handling MS Excel and PowerPoint. SAP know-how is advantageous because You additionally facilitate the work with relevant data and processes. You have fluent German skills and good English skills. .
