Consulting & Control You advise the management and managing director finances in the development of financial policy objectives and implement derived measures and guidelines for the Melitta Group

Global Financial Performance Management System You are responsible for the content development, modeling and quality assurance of a holistic financial performance control and data model for the Melitta Group and its business areas

You take independent business partnering with the business divisions, in particular in the development and validation of sustainable financial objectives to implement the financial strategy (including liquidity and currency management) of the group

You are responsible for global financial and liquidity planning (Financial Modelling) and develop measures to manage liquidity; you are also driving forward the continuous development of the planning philosophy, methods and systems

You are constantly investigating the Group's risk-bearing capacity and tolerance and develop Financial Risk Management concepts as well as risk strategies to ensure financial independence

Finance & Valuation You advise on the development of financial strategy and financial objectives (profitability, value added, cash flow management)

You conduct transaction workstreams (e.g. due diligence, financing structuring, project management) responsible

You set up self-responsible corporate assessments within the framework of M&A projects and financial transactions

You conduct special projects of the group

Transactions (M&A) You take over the group-wide leadership of M&A teams, in particular in the execution of due diligence, electively initiate DD reports for CFO/company management and negotiate the transaction documents (phase “Act & Deal”)

You check and evaluate business plans as well as develop and simulate transaction models

You have completed a study of BWL or VWL with relevant focuses in treasury/finance or comparable training

You bring long-term, relevant professional experience, in particular in the fields of Financial Advisory & Transaction, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, and in the implementation of due diligence and M&A projects

You have a well-founded knowledge of instruments and processes in corporate finance, financial performance management and M&A

You have extensive experience in financial modeling, corporate assessment and risk management

You have experience in managing international teams and projects

You have very good knowledge of the application of MS Office products, of SAP (especially FI/CO) and ideally in BI and planning software solutions

You speak English fluently and master German negotiation-proof

You convince with pronounced analytical skills, strategic thinking and hands-on mentality

Communication strength, enforcement ability and high self-initiative characterize you
