We look forward to becoming part of the team! MB Global Training at Stuttgart is responsible for the worldwide qualification of the sales organization of Mercedes-Benz AG. Our team develops training concepts for the sales team worldwide and organizes training events for sellers. As a team, we focus on product training for cars and vans. In your internship, you will accompany the team in the context of digital market launch projects (vehicle launches) as well as in the planning, preparation and execution of international events. These challenges include: Support in the planning, preparation and implementation of international train-the-trainer events in Stuttgart-Vaihingen Designing and implementing innovative training methods Creation of presentation documents for decision-making in the framework of committee work Implementation of transfer journeys and vehicle movements during training events Pre- and processing of digital learning content and their care in a content management system (e-learnings, game-based learning modules) Acquisition of diverse project management tasks and cooperation in day-to-day business The activity can begin from mid-October.

Course in Economics, Education or a comparable degree programme Very safe knowledge of German and English in word and writing, other languages of advantage Safe handling of MS Office Ideally experience with content management systems or e-learning software Project experience desirable Analytical thinking and strategic working Organisational capacity and communication strength Interest in digital topics Flexibility Commitment and team skills Class B driving licence Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share.
