We, the Department of Digital Processes and Sales Control, have set ourselves the goal of shaping the brokerage property of the future. As an important sales path for Allianz Versicherungs-AG with high growth potential, we offer you a wide range of topics, comprehensive insights into the functioning of a sales channel and active design options. The Team Sales Applications & Digital Processes is responsible for the development and implementation of digitalization projects in broker sales in Sach, making a significant contribution to the strategic development of the sales channel. Together with us, you shape our online platform (Maklerportal) and introduce new ideas for the digital presence. At the interface between IT and sales, you will be developing a new tool for checking user rights in the agile context. You support data consolidation and processing in Excel. You prepare presentations and decision documents for various stakeholders and prepare appointments and workshops. Together with us, you drive the use of artificial intelligence, develop innovative solutions for everyday work and unlock new potentials for more efficient processes.

Studies in economics, economic informatics, economic psychology, communication science or comparable. Very good analytical skills, understanding and affinity for digital processes. High level of self-responsibility and very good communication skills. Very good knowledge of German and good English. Secure handling with Excel and PowerPoint. Openness for creative and innovative solutions as well as joy in dealing with pioneering technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT.
