CNC specialist/NC application specialist (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Self-propelled brushing, setting and operating of CNC-controlled turning or milling machines
• Processing of metal parts according to technical drawings and production orders
• selection and measurement of tools, as well as monitoring the processing process
• Implementation of measurement checks and quality checks during and after processing
• Ensuring dimensional accuracy, surface quality and tolerances according to specifications

Your profile

• Complete vocational training as a CNC machine, machining mechanic, industrial mechanic or in a similar metal occupation
• Knowledge of CNC programming, operation and setup
• Experience in handling common controls (e.g. Siemens, Heidenhain, Fanuc)
• Secure reading of technical drawings and understanding of manufacturing tolerances
• Experience with measuring instruments (e.g. micrometers, height gauges, coordinate measuring instruments)
• Basic knowledge of CAD/CAM systems of advantage
