Senior Manager Investor Relations (m/f/d)

Central contact:in for institutional investors and Sellside analysts Further development of the IR strategy in close cooperation with the Management Board and the relevant internal specialist departments Further development and marketing of the company's comprehensive equity story (strategy, markets, products, financial results, etc.) Advising C-level management on capital market-related issues Responsible for the creation, analysis and continuous optimization of quarterly and annual reports and investor presentations Control of expectation management on the buy and sellside Planning, organisation, implementation and participation in investor conferences, roadshows, capital market days, etc. Observation and analysis of relevant market developments, including macroeconomic factors, to accompany strategic action recommendations Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and independent implementation of capital market mandatory publications, in coordination with relevant internal specialist departments Own-sponsored acquisition of capital market-related special issues and projects

Successfully completed university studies with a focus on business management, finance or a comparable qualification with economics Multiannual professional experience in Investor Relations or a comparable field of responsibility, preferably in a listed German public limited company Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking as well as strong numerical affinity with deeper understanding of financial key figures, accounting and capital markets Sovereign and professional appearance paired with pronounced communicative skills, very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Excellent planning and organisational capabilities, combined with a high self-initiative and the motivation to provide high performance in a challenging environment, both independently and in the team An open, multicultural attitude, preferably with experience in an international organisation or abroad High service orientation and loadability Very good MS Office skills (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint); good skills in dealing with Bloomberg are beneficial
