Tasks:

• Leadership of a dedicated multidisciplinary team within the Ambulance/OP
• Guidance, support and structured incorporation of new employees and trainees
• Active development of the team – professional and personal
• Planning and organisation of patient care in close interprofessional cooperation
• Ensuring high-quality, patient-centered treatment and continuous optimization of the supply processes

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training as a medical specialist (m/w/d) or comparable training
• Multiannual professional experience at best in an ambulance/ functional area
• Management experience, desirable: further qualification in management, e.g.
• Experience with project and process management
• Industrial thinking and action
• High level of responsibility, motivation, creativity and commitment
• Embossed communication skills and organizational talent as well as the ability to motivate and inspire are among your strengths
