Full-time or part-time (at least 30 hours/week)

Technical and disciplinary leadership and further development of a motivated unit of around eight employees with a direct line of report to the department management Responsibility for the operational procedures, in particular the planning, organisation and monitoring of medical training Ensuring the timely planning of audit days according to the training regulations and development of department-specific key figures Projektmanager (m/w/d) für den Responsible Topic Area mit souveräner Zusammenarbeit mit in- und External Schnittstelle und proactive Driver (m/w/d) für Innovations, Innovations und Trends Support for the management of the department for organisa­tional tasks, ongoing process optimisation and quality management in the responsible unit Participation in internal and cross-departmental projects for the further development of the whole area

Successfully completed studies with commercial, medical or legal focus or comparable training with corresponding additional qualifications Vocational experience in the health sector and very good knowledge in the field of medical training First professional and disciplinary leadership experience in a comparable position High self-motivation, customer orientation and substantive thinking as well as action, coupled with pronounced sense of responsibility Solution-oriented and pragmatic approaches and joy in change processes Cooperative and inspiring leadership and decision-making and sound judgment
