In a 7-semestric 'studium with advanced practice', you will obtain the engineering-specific foundations in theory and practice, as well as comprehensive knowledge in the field of building automation, climate, water and heating technology in cooperation between the University of Applied Sciences Esslingen and Ed. Züblin AG. The degree program completes with the Bachelor of Engineering and enables you to develop sustainable buildings and accompany their construction. The tasks shall include: Practical use during lecture-free periods in the field of technical building equipment at Ed. Züblin AG in Stuttgart, where experienced engineers:inside and technicians: prepare for professional requirements on the basis of current projects in turn-key construction Intensification of knowledge in the energy and building technology of construction projects Collecting extensive practical experience from costing, planning coordination, construction and project management Introduction to common working methods and tools such as BIM (Building Information Modelling), Lean Construction, Revit and iTWO
