Your tasks: You set up CNC lathes and equip them with the corresponding tools as specified You create or change CNC programs. control; Fanuc You monitor the manufacturing process and intervene in malfunctions You clamp workpieces and align them precisely You control measurements and surfaces with measuring means such as sliders, micrometers or altimeters You work according to technical drawings and production plans You document test results and perform simple corrections You perform maintenance and cleaning work on the machine and document these You pay attention to quality, dimensional accuracy and dates You adhere to safety regulations and regulations in the workplace You prepare follow-up orders during the current order

Your profile: A completed design as machining mechanic, CNC machining force, direction of rotation Experience in the operation and installation of CNC lathes Knowledge of programming with Fanuc controls Good understanding of technical drawings and measurements Careful, reliable and quality-conscious operation Experience in handling modern measuring devices such as sliders, micrometers or test gauges readiness for three-shift work Four days week in late shift Team skills and responsibility You work particularly precise and flexible according to drawing or sketch You bring experience in entering, monitoring and optimising series processes with You can create or customize programs independently Good knowledge of German in word and writing
