Business Process Manager (m/w/d) It's waiting for you

Company-wide recording, modelling and documentation of all business processes in a central process management software Interview-based development of IST processes and development of optimized SOLL processes in close cooperation with all departments Definition and documentation of process responsibilities and interfaces using RACI matrix Construction and maintenance of a company-wide process map and implementation of process analyses for identifying optimization potentials Training and empowerment of process managers and creation of process documentation and work instructions Close cooperation with quality management to integrate quality standards and support in the digitization of business processes

That's what you bring

Graduate degree in economics, economic engineering, economic informatics or comparable qualification At least three years of professional experience in process management and practical experience in process modeling Detectable experience in handling process management tools (e.g. Signavio, ARIS, Camunda) and very good knowledge of the RACI method Excellent analytical skills, excellent interview and moderation skills and a high degree of communication strength Hands-on-Mentality, team-oriented personality with the ability to cross-area cooperation, as well as safe handling of MS-Office English language skills in word and writing and German language skills
