This will provide you with the basis for sound decisions and help to align our organization economically successful and future-proof.

Responsibility for accounting and finance within the company Compilation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts and group voting Responsibility for proper accounting and cooperation and further development within operational processes in accounting Liquidity planning, budgeting and forecasting Creation of business evaluations and reports for management Construction and further development of a modern controlling in coordination with the commercial manager Modernisation of financial processes and implementation of contemporary reporting and control instruments Control of payment and receivable management Participation in strategic projects and digitization projects in financial and accounting Strategic Sparring Partner of the Commercial Head and Active Contribution to Economic Business Management Heading and further development of a team of 4 people Contact person for auditors, tax advisors, banks and authorities

Completed BWL degree (Master) with focus on finance/invoicing Multiannual professional experience in accounting and finance and controlling Very good knowledge of accounting according to HGB Very good SAP knowledge (S/4HANA) and MS Office knowledge Analytical and Structured Operation Representative leadership and communication skills High responsiveness, discretion and entrepreneurial thinking (even with consulting background)
