Operation and hosting of applications (on-premise and cloud) in the context of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)

Analysis and continuous optimization of system architecture to improve stability and efficiency

Ensuring availability, performance and security of systems

Implementation of technical system requirements in the context of new services in the PLM and ERP environment including technical maintenance of the solutions resulting from them

Team-wide cooperation with consulting, development and infrastructure teams for optimal operation

Edit service requests for national and international customers within the group of companies, including ensuring fast and high quality implementation

Implementation of installations, upgrades and patches

Complete study in the field of computer science or comparable qualification

Enthusiasm for technical topics and technical application management

Basic knowledge of on-premise infrastructures and cloud architectures

First experience in IT support or system administration, ideally in the PLM or ERP environment

High motivation, self-responsibility and readiness

Teamability and targeted and structured working methods

German and English skills
