Development and development of holistic SEO strategies Optimization of organic visibility in the classic Google search and in AI-based search environments Conducting keyword, theme and prompt research Creation of SEO input: briefings, optimization suggestions and guidelines for websites and landing pages Data-based analysis of rankings, traffic and conversions incl. Deduction of concrete measures Definition, monitoring and control of relevant SEO KPIs Implementation and evaluation of Basic Technical SEO in close cooperation with Tech/Dev teams Control and coordination of external agencies and service providers Observing SEO, search and AI trends and deriving action recommendations Quality assurance and continuous optimization of existing content

Complete studies in marketing, media/communication sciences, economics, computer science or comparable training Relevant practical experience in the SEO/online marketing environment (e.g. agency) with detectable successes 3–5 years of relevant SEO experience, ideally in an agency (Mid–Senior Level) Deep know-how in content SEO as well as basic knowledge in technical SEO (indexing, crawling, page structure, core web vitals etc.) Experience in dealing with common SEO and analysis tools (e.g. GSC, GA4, Sistrix, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.) Routine use of AI tools (e.g. for content, research, analysis) and strong interest in AI Overviews & Search Trends Analytical thinking, data-driven operation and strategic view Hands-on-Mentality, Quality Consciousness and Ownership Mintset German and English skills
