Coordination and timely tracking of technical tasks in the maintenance system Planning and prioritization of maintenance by personnel and plant capacity Coordination with specialist areas and cooperation with internal customers Consulting internal customers on maintenance and service issues Participation in the optimization of internal maintenance strategies and maintenance of internal maintenance software Management, maintenance and provision of spare parts Maintenance, maintenance and repair of laboratory equipment and equipment GMP-compliant documentation of all measures Planning and appointment of external service providers Coordination and on-site assignment of external service technicians Examination of GMP-compliant documentation of external service providers

Complete technical training (e.g. mechatronics, electronics, medical technicians, laboratory technicians) or comparable qualification Experience in the maintenance of laboratory or production equipment, ideally in GMP-regulated environment Knowledge of GMP requirements and documentation standards are advantageous Organizational and structured and independent working Communication strength and service orientation in dealing with internal and external partners Safe handling of common IT systems (e.g. MS Office, ideally maintenance or ticket systems) Knowledge in handling maintenance software of advantage, e.g. MaintMaster, SAP, etc.
