Mechatronics technician / electrician for the field of tool spindle test bench and commissioning (m/f/d)

In this versatile position, you take on the independent supervision and execution of all relevant activities around our spindle test stand. These include in particular: Self-balancing of tool spindles and carrying out test runs Measuring, analyzing and evaluating electrical characteristic data such as motor windings, sensor technology and encoders Assembly and assembly of electronic assemblies on tool spindles Soldering, crimping and professional connection of all required components Implementation and evaluation of technical tests and analysis of measurement results Fine wounds Analysis of bearing conditions, running noises, temperature curves and vibration values Work according to technical drawings, operating instructions and internal documentation Detection of error images and systematic root analysis

Complete vocational training in the field of mechatronics, electrical engineering or comparable technical qualifications Technical understanding of mechanical and electrical relationships Knowledge in handling measuring and testing technology Team spirit and willingness to learn new things Careful, quality-conscious and independent working Don't worry if spindle construction is new for you!
