The body includes the direct support of families with complex problems in the context of educational assistance (social educational assistance) and the direct provision of services for children and young people with disabilities (family assistance/FA) Responsibility for assistance and support planning as well as the review and implementation of the achievement of targets and their regular adaptation and documentation. Responsibility for reporting and communication to cost-holders, participation in help plan and specialist discussions and/or overall plan conferences Participation in managing budgets and performance accounting Cooperation with families and legal representatives Cooperation with external partners and participation in networks and bodies

Completion as a social pedagogue or comparable qualification, additional qualifications such as ‘systemic advice’ would be desirable Experience and competence in social pedagogical work with families Experience in integration aid Good expressiveness, especially in written and oral communication in the context of reporting and support planning Good social and administrative knowledge Good computer skills, in particular user knowledge in MS Office, we require
