In this role you drive forward the systematic, controlled and effective use of artificial intelligence in software development and testing. At the same time, you can enable the organization to use AI technologies efficiently, safely and sustainably. Your duties include: Identification, evaluation and prioritization of AI applications in development and testing Building and establishing best practices for AI-based software development Training and coaching of developers and testers (e.g. AI Coding, Copilot) Definition of AI guidelines, governance and security policies Support in the introduction and scaling of AI tools in teams Development and provision of templates (e.g. prompts, specifications, context data) Promoting and developing AI-based test automation Assessment of benefits, risks and quality of AI results Close cooperation with IT, security and data protection Organization of workshops, training and building a AI community (enablement)

Combination of technical expertise, methodological know-how and coaching skills Professional experience in software development & Test Experience in using AI Coding Tools, Test Automation and Modern Toolchains High communicative effectiveness and ability to impart knowledge to target groups Understanding safe and responsible AI use (e.g. compliance, data protection, AI governance) Experience in assessing risks AI-based development (e.g. bias, hallucinations, traceability) Knowledge of the definition and implementation of guidelines for quality-assured AI use (e.g. release processes, review mechanisms) Good knowledge of German and English
