Construction and Project Manager for the CAU Team (m/f/d)

We build for research and teaching! For our refurbishment, refurbishment and new construction projects on the campus of the Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel you work as an engineer / technician (m/w/d) in the field of construction management to project control. und Development of construction projects and construction maintenance measures from basic determination to completion, with a focus on LP 6–9 Coordination with other project participants and regular participation in construction meetings Creation of lists of services including subsequent examination of offers and execution up to acceptance You monitor the processing of residual performance and deficiencies You support the project management in the preparation of freelance contracts Control and verification of services freelance workers from planning to execution to acceptance
