A 13 BBesO (higher service) E13 TV EntgO-DRV (higher service) Activity Our team is responsible for the planning, implementation and programming of various data exchange procedures within pension insurance and with external communication partners in the national environment. In addition to the version management in Repositories, the static code analysis also belongs to the regular quality assurance through current tools to our repertoire.

Leadership of a team both humanly and professionally, including team leadership in the sense of team and team development, as well as operational health management Active design and control of the transferred tasks with high service requirements with regard to the requirements of the department Participation in the implementation and follow-up of change processes and support of the team in the transformation to agile functioning Represent the team in DRV-internal as well as interdisciplinary IT projects and working groups Support the team in developing, implementing and customizing data exchange processes

A completed higher education (Bachelor, Diploma) in the IT sector or an equivalent qualification, e.g. due to IT-specific qualification or completed vocational training in the IT sector Multiannual job-relevant professional experience in IT Knowledge of programming languages, development tools and relational databases (Java or COBOL) First experience in the professional management of teams or project groups as well as in the coordination and control of workflows and in monitoring the work results First experience in agile working Practical experiences in an object-oriented programming language are desirable Ideally, you are already bringing together methodological knowledge in personnel development and management.
