You blossom in your mission, for:

• In our team, you act as the first contact person for our sales locations and coordinate their concerns and questions about future or existing orders from the purchase.
• You act as an interface between Bechtle Logistik & Service GmbH and our sales locations, all the way to our suppliers and manufacturers.
• You can significantly support the success of our sales locations through daily order management.
• Among the tasks are active order management, coordination of complaints (e.g. incorrect deliveries), status enquiries on open order lines from sales, and cancellations and rebookings.
• Due to your regular and friendly exchange with the sales companies, you recognize optimization potentials and implement them in a targeted manner.
• Last but not least, you will ensure our quality standards and the optimization of purchasing processes, and workflows.

Your skills? More than interesting:

• Complete commercial vocational training
• First professional experience in purchasing
• Negotiating skills and team skills as well as written and oral communication strength
• German in word and writing and good English knowledge of advantage
• You'll bring travel.
