Integration Test Manager Subsea Systems (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the definition, coordination and implementation of tests, tests and evidence in the context of holistic testing planning and control Project-specific aspects of audits and tests represented in all project phases from acquisition to customer transfer Take technical leadership of technical teams as well as independently define test concept and test strategy Creating test planning and schedule for all tests, tests and proofs and defining, monitoring and responsible project-related workflows for error management Monitoring the progress of the test with regard to performance and timing, evaluating test criteria, deciding on additional tests and coordinating the test teams and their activities

Complete university studies in an STEM field as well as several years of relevant professional experience, including first leadership experience An ISTQB‐CTAL‐TM certification is desirable; well-founded experience in testing and integration of complex systems as well as in the application of test methods, tools and standards Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing; reliable knowledge of test processes and national and international standards Embossed team capacity, high self-initiative and independent working readiness for national and international missions
