Implementation of inspection rounds to safeguard the operator's obligations and ensure proper plant operation Function control and maintenance of supply and disposal systems Own implementation of small-scale repairs to quickly eliminate disturbances Monitoring, coordination and acceptance of subcontractors in compliance with quality and safety requirements Use of your strong communication and organizational capabilities for coordination with customers, service providers and internal interfaces Processing and complete documentation of all relevant operations via an app on a mobile device

Complete vocational training in the technical field, e.g. as an electronics technician, plant mechanic SHK, mechatronics engineer, heating engineer, etc. First professional experience in the technical building management or in the service/customer service environment Good knowledge of the maintenance and maintenance of building equipment High service orientation, reliability and sense of responsibility Embossed communication and team skills in handling customers, service providers and colleagues Ready to work with mobile devices (app solutions) and document activities digitally Class B driving licence desirable
