Completed studies in the field of pedagogy, social economy, economics or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in a leadership position, ideally in an inclusive company or a social company Embossed communication and leadership skills High social competence and empathy in dealing with people with disabilities Business thinking and acting Knowledge of the social economy Knowledge in the area of building cleaning is advantageous
