Pedagogical Assistant/ Socio-Pedagogical Accompaniment

To 01.09.2026 we are looking for you! Educational assistant*in/Social pedagogical accompaniment (w/m/d) in the project in parttime (24 h/W)

The body shall be limited until 31 December 2027, subject to the grant. Please note that another 7h/W is to be occupied as coordination in the project. With appropriate suitability and interest, both positions can be combined.

What you expect:

• They accompany the participants of the project during their training with an educational or nursing focus in Bremerhaven and support personal, social or organizational challenges that can affect the training path
• They hold information events and advise potential participants on the project
• They work closely with the vocational school and with the specialist school in Bremerhaven as well as with authorities and other institutions
• They accompany participants in the project in presence or/or digital form and identify support needs
• You document consulting processes and maintain the participating data
• They contribute to project-related evaluations, reports and quality assurance
• They work closely with the team members of the project team, agree Consultation processes contribute to a successful implementation of the project objectives

What distinguishes you:

• They have completed university studies, ideally in the fields of social work, social education, pedagogy or a comparable subject
• Professional experience in the (social) pedagogical accompaniment of adults, coaching or professional integration is advantageous
• They are characterized by intercultural competence as well as an appreciative and resource-oriented approach to people of different situations of life
• They have an independent, structured and solution-oriented approach and a high degree of organisational skills
• They are strong in communication, team-ready and successfully shape cooperation with internal and external partners
• They bring consulting skills, empathy and joy in working with people with
• They have good computer skills and are safe to use the current MSOffice applications
