You regularly analyze the processes and results in the construction and give valuable impulses for their continuous development. Sources of errors and quality and development risks identify you systematically, document them structured and derive appropriate corrective and preventive measures. Workshops and quality projects control and moderate and promote the continuous improvement process through targeted ''Lessons Learned'' measures. Use appropriate methods and standards to ensure consistent implementation and sustainable anchoring of quality and prevention measures. As an interface between design and quality management, you develop quality indicators and represent the interests of design in cross-departmental projects. Through transparent knowledge management, you promote the exchange of experiences and best practices.

completed studies in industrial engineering or a comparable technical or business discipline; alternative a comparable qualification. Embossed organizational and process understanding as well as experience with common quality methods (e.g. Ishikawa chart, 5-Why or FMEA). Experience in building and developing quality management systems and implementing quality-relevant measures. Joy in interdisciplinary cooperation and a structured and analytical way of working. Ideally professional experience in construction, preferably in shipbuilding. Ready for national missions (approximately 10-20 %).
