Team Leader Electrics (m/f/d)

Leadership & Team Development: Professional and disciplinary leadership of the six-member electrical engineering team. Operation planning, incorporation and further development of employees and implementation of employee discussions and performance assessments. Installation availability & maintenance: Ensuring the safe, reliable and GMP-compliant availability of all electrical systems and systems in the production sector. Planning and coordination of maintenance, inspections and repairs as well as ensuring the supply of spare parts. Disruption analysis & optimization: Analysis of faults in the production plants, determination of the causes and implementation and follow-up of appropriate improvement measures to increase plant availability. Compliance & Documentation: Ensuring compliance with occupational safety regulations as responsible electrical skills, GMP requirements and all relevant legal requirements. Creation, maintenance and testing of the necessary GMP documentation, processing of change procedures and deviations, and support in audits and inspections. Projects & further development of plants: participation and (partial) project management in the planning, installation and commissioning of new production plants. Development and implementation of measures to optimize production facilities and further development of automation to increase efficiency and plant availability.

(m/w/d), Industriemeister Elektrotechnik (m/w/d), or a comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience in the maintenance of production facilities, ideally in the GMP-regulated environment. Leadership competence: experience in the professional and/or disciplinary leadership of employees as well as in the organisation and further development of a team. Project Management & Organisation: Experience in the planning and implementation of technical projects, investment measures and plant renovations. Structured working and ability to coordinate several tasks and projects simultaneously. IT knowledge: Safe handling of the PC and experience with maintenance, documentation and ERP systems. Working & Team: Self-Employed, Structured and Responsive Working, Strong Problem Solving Competence, Enforcement and Team Skill. Expertise: Knowledge of electrical engineering, maintenance and fault analysis as well as good understanding of occupational safety, quality management and regulatory requirements. Languages: Very good German knowledge in word and writing and ideally good English knowledge.
