Working Student / Intern for the Introduction and Standardization of Knowledge Management (m/w/d)*

To strengthen our team of Schleswig-Holstein Netz GmbH, we are looking for a working student for the introduction and standardization of knowledge management (m/w/d)* at 15.08.2025 for our Quickborn site (with home office option). You carry out the preparation and follow-up of workshops. You support the organization and planning of appointments. You actively help in planning, implementing and evaluating measures in the context of knowledge management. You exchange with internal stakeholders. You work as an integral part of the initiative with internal and external partners.

You are an immatricated student (m/w/d) of the Department of Business Administration, (economic)psychology, sociology, education, information sciences, communication/politics or comparable. You are interested in the transformation and further development of people and the company organization. You want to contribute to the digitalization of the energy transition and empower people to acquire even simple knowledge, share and optimize the associated processes. You are safe in handling Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft applications. You work on your own tasks independently and in a solution-oriented manner and have pronounced communication skills. You are curious, open to challenges and enjoy developing topics with others. Whether independently or together in the team: you work organized, carefully and responsibly.

Transparent remuneration: As a working student, you start with us with an hourly wage of €15.48. As an intern, you will receive a fee of €1,483 per month for both compulsory and voluntary internships. Sensual task: With us you will make a valuable contribution to the energy transition - in a large company and with many perspectives. Flexibility: As a student, you work up to 20 hours a week in the semester. Your working time and place are agreed with the team. As an intern, you have a 37-hour week and also the opportunity to work on the mobile. Development: You can write your thesis with us.
