The place is limited (24 months) to occupy and awaits you with exciting tasks: Integrated control of the entire recruiting process for professionals and managers - from the requirement analysis with our specialist departments to the management of interviews to the onboarding of our new employees Advising executives on recruiting topics and selection processes Target group-oriented and individual approach, as well as ensuring a positive Candidate Experience Development and implementation of successful search strategies for active identification and acquisition of new talents, in particular through business networks such as LinkedIn and XING Analysis and optimization of existing processes and the further development of these with the use of digital tools

You fit us and this varied position when you bring the following: Successfully completed studies (e.g. business psychology, BWL) or comparable qualification in human resources Multiannual practical experience in Recruiting, ideally also in Active Sourcing Knowledge of suitability diagnostics and experience in professional interview management A way of working, characterized by partnership, appreciation and enthusiasm and team spirit We also welcome diverse educational backgrounds and work experiences.
