In this role you are responsible for the operational management and further development of the team's work preparation. You ensure time, cost and quality objectives, ensure stable and efficient production processes for customer projects and promote continuous improvement. You control the specialist cutting points of increasing departments and ensure standard, effective processes in production. Professional and disciplinary leadership of employees directly Development, implementation and continuous optimisation of processes and workflows in the preparation of work and in the system to increase efficiency and cost reduction Responsibility for compliance with overall planning (GP) in the field and follow-up in case of deviations with appropriate measures Participation in tendering by calculation of production hours for new projects in coordination with production Support in the make-or-buy process and relocation activities from the perspective of production Takeover of crisis management in target deviations Application of value flow optimization, work and time studies (REFA / MTM) to optimize performance, cost and process to ensure that the project targets are achieved both in terms of time, cost and quality of production Implementation of cost reduction programmes and standardizations Ensure that the required compliance guidelines and reliability guidelines are complied with by the company.
