Team Leader Diagnostics and Data Management (m/f/d)

Leadership and further development of a 12-member software team as well as the promotion of an innovative open, collaborative team culture Responsibility for customer-oriented diagnostic tools and digital service products, including care and development of proprietary and supplier software as well as user-friendly UI concepts Close cooperation with hardware, electronics, system and product teams to define technical requirements and roadmaps Ensuring quality, safety and automotive standards and continuous improvement of software packages through supplier control, code reviews, automated testing and CI/CD Project and resource management including budget planning and coordination with customers, OEMs and animals–1 partners Integration of new technologies such as Internet of Things, Cybersecurity and Over the Air updates and the introduction or further development of Agile–, DevOps– and AI–based methods

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, automotive engineering or art related Long-standing experience in the development of automotive or industrial software, including several years in a leadership position Proven experience with diagnostic tools and/or PC-based ECU communication applications Embossed leadership skills to motivate, coach and build powerful teams Ability to manage budgets and suppliers and align projects with strategic goals Excellent communication skills for reporting to management and involvement of stakeholders Confidence with ISO 14229 (UDS), ODX/OTX, CAN and DoIP Knowledge of embedded systems and cybersecurity Knowledge of agile processes and new technologies (IoT, predictive maintenance etc.) English and German language skills in word and writing
