Projektmanager (m/w/d) We are looking for you for the Youth Office of the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart. The place is to be occupied as of 01.03.2026 and until 31.08.2026 as part of a parental representation. The staff office located at the head office is responsible for the cross-departmental quality development and quality assurance of specialist topics of child and youth assistance as well as for qualification and education management / personnel development. It is a technical support system for all departments. The enrolled body refers to the main topics of qualification, agreement of protection and aid process management in child protection.

The team management incl. supervision and supervision of the child protection team; here you will receive a total of eight persons You are responsible for the conceptual further development of the topics of qualification in child protection, agreement on protection and aid process management based on current legislation Your tasks in the focus of training in child protection include the training planning and partial implementation of the internal training programme and the evaluation of these offers. You ensure the operational planning of the aid process management and are responsible for the quality assurance of the specialist consultancy, the qualified initial consultation of the requesting departments and the annual statistics You cooperate closely with head of office and departmental directors in your topics and actively participate in internal and external bodies in child protection. As an employee of the staff office of the Head of Mission, you will work on current topics of child and youth assistance with a focus on child protection, which will be oriented towards the needs of the office and departmental management of the Youth Office.

A study in the field of social work or social education with state recognition, education or a comparable educational degree Intensified professional and legal knowledge in the above-mentioned topics and multiannual practical experience in a youth office Moderation and Methodology Competence in Group Management and Experience in Quality and Project Management Quick understanding and the ability to develop complex processes, as well as interest and flexibility to work into new areas of child and youth assistance Representative communicative skills and safe performance at all levels of the Youth Office and experience in cooperation and committee work Continuing systemic work and/or training Supervision/Coaching is desirable
